Power Automate consulting services for the work you repeat Cloud flows, desktop flows and approvals across Microsoft 365 and beyond
Microsoft Power Automate services, from assessment to support Flows that take repeated steps off your people, on the licenses you have
How our Power Automate implementation works Five steps, from your requirements to flows that run every day
- Week 1Assess requirementsWe map the processes, your systems, your licenses and your people's skills.
- Week 2Agree the modelA project, a team or ongoing support, with a list of flows in order.
- Weeks 3 to 6Design and developFlows built in a test environment with the people who'll use them.
- Before launchTestEvery path is tested, including the errors, before a flow goes live.
- After launchSupport and maintainWe watch the runs, fix failures and add the next flows.
When Power Automate is the right fit And when the process needs another tool or a custom build
A good fit when
- You run on Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or SharePoint
- The steps are predictable: approvals, notifications, copying data
- An old desktop app has no API, and someone keys data into it
Look elsewhere when
- A step needs reading or judgment: add an AI agent to it
- Volumes are very high and every second counts: build an integration
- You need a whole application, not a workflow: use Power Apps
Our Power Automate services in detail What each service covers, and what you have when it's done
Power Automate workflow assessment
We list the tasks your people repeat every day, such as copying data between systems, chasing approvals and sending the same emails, and estimate the hours each one takes. You get a ranked list of flows to build, with the licenses each one needs.
Power Automate design and development
Cloud flows handle work between online services: an approval in Teams, a file saved to SharePoint, a record created in Dynamics 365. Desktop flows handle RPA for older applications, clicking and typing where there's no API.
We build both, with error handling and logging, so a failed run is noticed and fixed, not lost.
- Approval workflows in Teams and Outlook
- Document flows with AI Builder to read invoices and forms
- Scheduled data moves between systems
- Desktop flows for green-screen and legacy apps
Power Automate integration
Power Automate has hundreds of standard connectors, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Power BI, Teams, Dataverse, Salesforce and Slack. Where there isn't one, we build a custom connector to your own API.
Power Automate implementation and governance
Flows built by many people without rules become hard to manage. We set up environments for development, testing and production, data policies on which connectors may be used together, and an owner for every flow.
We also train your people to build simple flows themselves, within those rules.
Power Automate support, modernization and migration
After launch, we monitor runs, fix failures and keep flows working through Microsoft's updates. We also move older workflows, from SharePoint 2013 workflows, Nintex or scripts, onto Power Automate, one at a time.
Questions about Microsoft Power Automate What buyers ask us before they automate with it
How do I get started with Microsoft Power Automate?
Start with one process that wastes hours every week and has predictable steps. We assess it, check your licenses, and propose the first flows with an engagement model to suit you.
Why do businesses use Microsoft Power Automate?
It automates repeated work across Microsoft 365 and hundreds of other services without much code. People stop copying data, chasing approvals and sending routine emails by hand.
What does Power Automate integrate with?
SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Power BI, Teams, Power Apps and Dataverse, plus Salesforce, Slack, Dropbox, Mailchimp and many more. A custom connector reaches your own APIs.
What's the difference between Power Automate and Power Apps?
Power Automate runs workflows in the background. Power Apps builds the screens people use. Both are part of the Power Platform and often work together: an app collects a request, and a flow routes it for approval.
How much does Power Automate cost?
Basic flows are included in many Microsoft 365 plans. Premium connectors, desktop flows and AI features need a paid plan, priced either per user or per flow. We check what you already own before recommending more.
